During my recent stay at Theo Beach Hotel Apartments, I found myself immersed in the charm of Rethymnon. Located just a 10-15 minute stroll from the lively Old Town, the hotel's position is well worth noting for both convenience and seaside appeal. The seafront room I booked came complete with a balcony and offered lovely views of the bustling beach and the harbor. The apartment was clean and furnished with essential kitchen facilities, making it perfect for those who prefer a self-catering option. Like any good tea in Sri Lanka, there's always a blend. While the hotel highlights free Wi-Fi, I encountered connection issues during my stay - admittedly, they were resolved after some persistence on my part. It's something potential guests should keep in mind, especially if you rely heavily on internet access while traveling. On a practical note, the hotel does provide decent beach access with sunbeds to enjoy. Keep in mind you'll need to purchase drinks to use them. If you're weighing luxury against value, Theo Beach provides a well-rounded experience, well-situated and sufficiently equipped for a pleasant stay without breaking the bank.
